Jericoacoara... Sounds exotic, doesn't it? Yes it was. A couple of decades ago. We made these pictures on New Year's Eve in 1985. Unfortunately, I was running short of film. Besides, I must say I found the place very disappointing. My feeling was that the hype around "Jeri" was 90% snobism and 10% marketing. However, things did change a lot in the last 20 years. It is now 90% marketing and 10% snobism. |
